Our Quality System Program (QSP) defines the standards, policies, procedures, and documentation that guide QAM’s operations and the services we provide to our clients. It serves as the foundation for all key quality-related programs.
The Quality Manager oversees the implementation and ongoing management of the QSP. Responsibilities include conducting project audits, updating SOPs and workflows, and evaluating employee feedback to support continuous improvement in processes and technology.
We are committed to continuous improvement through open field communication, internal audits, system reliability assessments, focused training, and the integration of evolving technologies.
We offers industry-specific training programs designed to equip inspectors and technicians with the essential knowledge needed to perform inspections and system certification testing with confidence and accuracy. We follow a proprietary internal Standard Written Practice, tailored to meet the qualification and certification requirements for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) personnel.
Our training approach goes beyond theory — we share real-world insights and practical solutions drawn from extensive field experience, helping teams address and overcome actual project challenges.
We maintains an extensive inventory of advanced testing and inspection equipment to meet the rigorous demands of even the largest and most complex projects.
Our equipment portfolio features trusted, industry-leading manufacturers such as GE, Olympus, Mahr, SPI, Meeco, Servomex, Peak Laboratory, Alcatel, Inficon, Particle Measuring Systems (PMS), and others.
To ensure accuracy and reliability, our Equipment Manager oversees the maintenance and calibration of all inspection and analytical tools, in full compliance with our Quality System requirements—before deployment to any job site.
